The African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate for the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency by-election, Sir Alexander Adanu, has congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.

Adanu in a goodwill message on Sunday congratulated the faithful for successfully completion of the Ramadan fast, praying that Almighty Allah accepts their prayers, sacrifices, and acts of devotion.

“On this sacred occasion, I, Sir Alex Adanu, alongside my family and the good people of Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, rejoice with our revered traditional and community leaders, ADC supporters, and the entire Muslim community in Kaduna State,” he said.

Adanu urged Muslims to use the period of Eid to strengthen the values of unity, love, and peaceful coexistence, emphasizing that these virtues are crucial for the progress and development of the constituency.

Speaking on the forthcoming by-election, the ADC flagbearer called on constituents to make an informed decision that prioritizes development and collective well-being.

“As we look ahead to the by-election, I urge you to vote wisely—choosing a path that fosters growth and prosperity for Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency,” he added.

While reaffirming his commitment to quality representation, Adanu prayed for continued peace and progress in the constituency, Kaduna State, and Nigeria at large.

The Eid-el-Fitr celebration marks the end of Ramadan, a period of fasting, prayer, and spiritual reflection observed by Muslims worldwide.
