ADC Candidate, Adanu Congratulates Bagudu, Appreciates Constituents Over Chikun/Kajuru By-election

Hon. Alexander Igoji Adanu, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) candidate in the just-concluded Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency bye-election in Kaduna State, has expressed appreciation to his supporters and congratulated the winner of the contest, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu.

Adanu in statement issued to journalists on Sunday described the electioneering journey as one of “passion, purpose, and profound teamwork,” adding that he remains humbled by the resilience and support of the people of the constituency.

The ADC flag bearer also commended members of his campaign team for their sacrifices and commitment, which he described as the “driving force” behind the campaign.

While congratulating Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu on his victory, Adanu said, “Your triumph is a testament to the will of the people, and I wish you a successful tenure.”

He also praised other aspirants for running commendable campaigns, noting that their collective passion makes democracy vibrant.

Adanu pledged to continue contributing to the growth of Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency despite losing the election, stressing that his commitment to the people remains unwavering.

“I remain a dedicated servant of this constituency, and I will continue to work for its betterment in any way I can”.

He thanked the electorates for coming out to cast their votes, saying their participation was the “bedrock of democracy.”

“To the resilient and dedicated electorates of Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, I say a big thank you. Your decision to come out and make your voices heard affirmed our vision for a better constituency”.
