A Kaduna-based media organisation, Authentic News Daily, has been named Media Agency of the Year at the 2026 League of Extraordinary Achievers Awards (LEAA).
The recognition comes 11 years after the organisation began operations as an online news platform before expanding into print publishing, with its newspapers now circulating in major cities across the country.
The award was communicated to the management in a letter signed by the Event Coordinator, Adeyemi Adekunle, on behalf of the organisers, Gaze Production.
The organisers said the recognition was in acknowledgement of the organisation’s contributions to media production, original campaigns and the delivery of news and other media content.
The award ceremony is scheduled to hold on Sunday, December 6, 2026, at Hotel Seventeen, Tafawa Balewa Way, Kaduna, by 5:00pm.
The League of Extraordinary Achievers Awards, established in 2021, recognises individuals, organisations and institutions for contributions to leadership, governance, entrepreneurship, humanitarian service, innovation and community development.
Previous recipients include former Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa (rtd), and Kaduna State Deputy Governor, Dr Hadiza Balarabe, among others.
Authentic News Daily is published by Jatuski Communications, a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in 2004.
The organisation also holds an annual lecture and awards ceremony, with its 10th edition held in 2025 at Arewa House, Kaduna.
