A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Sardaunan Badarawa, Hon. Usman Ibrahim, has called for renewed commitment towards building a more prosperous and inclusive Kaduna Central Senatorial District ahead of the 2027 political cycle.

Ibrahim made the call in a statement issued by his media office, where he described the 2027 political season as a defining moment for the people of the district to rise above stagnation and chart a new course anchored on purposeful leadership and people-centred governance.

According to him, the people of Kaduna Central deserve a system of governance that prioritises justice, unity, shared prosperity and equal opportunities for all communities across the district.

He explained that the vision for a renewed Kaduna Central is driven by the Kaduna Central Development Agenda (KACEDA), a comprehensive blueprint designed to promote sustainable development and improve the welfare of citizens across the senatorial district.

Ibrahim noted that the initiative aims to strengthen institutions, revitalise the local economy and create opportunities for youths, women, workers, farmers and entrepreneurs.

He added that the agenda places strong emphasis on transparent governance, inclusive growth and policies that directly address the needs of communities across the seven local government areas that make up Kaduna Central Senatorial District.

“Leadership must be about service to the people and measurable performance, not merely political promises”.

The APC chieftain further said the proposed development agenda would prioritise critical sectors including security of lives and property, quality education, accessible healthcare, job creation and sustainable infrastructure development.

He expressed confidence that with collective commitment and unity, the people of Kaduna Central could build a district that works for everyone, irrespective of tribe, religion or political affiliation.
